Jacqueline G. Hodes

Jackie Hodes represents strategic buyers and sellers, private equity fund sponsors, and family offices in complex global transactions with a strong emphasis on groups doing business in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Jackie handles transactions across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on transportation and logistics, health care, life sciences, and health insurance.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2016, Jackie was a partner in an international law firm, where she was a member of that firm's corporate practice. During this time she worked on a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions in the U.S. and Latin America, including KPAQ Industries' sale to Hood Container Corporation, Florida Blue in various corporate transactional matters, including M&A work and advice regarding review stream diversification, and CorePower Yoga in its sale to Catterton Partners.

Jackie serves as the Women's Affinity Leader for the Miami Office as part of the Firm's Diversity and Inclusion efforts.
