representation of former CEO and former President of major financial services firm in derivative litigation challenging severance packages in the Southern District of New York
representation of former CFO of high-tech consulting company in derivative litigation alleging stock option backdating in District of Massachusetts
help to lead internal investigation of alleged money laundering by major bank and successfully represented two directors in connection with related derivative litigation
participation in internal investigations including matters such as allegedly improper earnings management and alleged violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
representation of hospitals in actions challenging or defending the rates set under Maryland law
representation of numerous individuals in connection with departures from executive positions with large corporations
representation of trustees and other parties in trust and estate litigation
representation of numerous independent schools and other non-profits on legal issues

Activities
Mr. Dunbar devotes time to his community through service on the Board of Trustees of Episcopal Community Services of Maryland, work with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service and work on Haverford College alumni matters.
