James Mehigan practices in state and federal courts on matters of product liability, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, general liability and toxic tort litigation. In addition, he has extensive experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Jim is the Pro Bono coordinator for the firm’s DC Office, overseeing all pro bono matters from intake to final resolution.
