James C. Wald is a special counsel in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles (Century City) office.
Mr. Wald focuses his practice on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property, breach of contract, business tort, real estate, and entertainment issues.
Mr. Wald has represented companies ranging from small firms to multinational corporations, including Avery Dennison, Broadcom, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, Symantec, Westfield Corporation, and Zurich Financial Services.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Wald serves as an adjunct professor at the UC Irvine School of Law and the USC Gould School of Law, teaching pretrial advocacy, trail advocacy, and deposition skills.
