He has represented numerous financial institutions and sponsors, investors and corporate clients in all areas of private financings with a particular focus in the areas of acquisition and leveraged financings, bridge financings and restructurings. He has been listed in Euromoney’s Guide to the World’s Leading Banking Lawyers, Marquis’ Who’s Who in American Law, Chambers USA and Chambers Global as one of “the world’s leading lawyers” in banking and finance. He has been particularly recognized for his work on the borrower/issuer side and was the first to achieve Band 1 status in Chambers for that work.
