Jim has worked for the firm since 2007, and has been a partner since January of 2014. Mr. Treglio handles cases involving consumer and employee class actions. He has been admitted to practice in the State of California since 2003. Before joining Clark & Markham, Mr. Treglio was the staff attorney for the Fair Housing Council of San Diego. While there he was involved with a number of cases of national importance, including Fair Housing Council of San Fernando Valley v. Roommates.com, and Garrett v. City of Escondido.Jim received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and his J.D. from the University of San Diego. His primary areas of practice include class action litigation, consumer litigation, and wage and hour class actions.
