Her expertise encompasses office, retail, restaurant, industrial, multifamily residential, multi-use, resort and other specialty properties. She advises on transactional matters as well as litigation strategy and support.
A former senior counsel for Target Corporation, Jana has experience navigating real estate matters at the highest level. As senior counsel, she negotiated and drafted numerous commercial contracts, supported business units on operation, development, and redevelopment of over 1,800 stores nationally, closed hundreds of transactions and performed risk assessments on thousands of use restrictions.
