Jared is a member of Reed Smith’s Corporate & Transactional Advisory Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, private investment funds, corporate governance and general company representation.

Jared regularly represents business and private equity, growth capital, venture capital, debt and hedge funds, as well as family offices and asset managers in connection with control and non-control investments, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, recapitalizations, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, as well as other activities. Jared also represents fund formations and limited partners in connection with co-investments and secondary transfers.

Jared also advises clients in connection with a wide range of general business and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, licensing arrangements, employment and consulting arrangements, regulatory and compliance matters and corporate governance. He has extensive experience with cross-border transactions, including engagements involving European and Canadian companies and U.S. Companies with operation throughout Europe the Middle East, and Africa.
