Jared M. Goldstein

Jared Goldstein is a member of the firm’s Finance Department. His practice focuses on the representation of banks, commercial finance companies, business development companies and other financial institutions, as well as equity sponsors and other borrowers, in a wide range of transactional matters.

Mr. Goldstein also has been involved in pro bono work ranging from representing multiple tenants in unlawful detainer cases, to providing assistance to an individual attempting to obtain political asylum in the US.

While in law school, Mr. Goldstein served as a Managing Editor of the Women’s Law Journal and as a staff member of the Entertainment Law Review. He also participated in the Moot Court Honors Program, where he received the Distinguished Advocate award.
