Jared Slade practices in Alston & Bird’s Dallas office as a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group.
He has experience in a variety of commercial litigation matters in numerous industries, including real estate, financial services and telecommunications. He has advised financial services providers in suits alleging breach of contract, fraud, and numerous federal and state securities law violations, assisted on construction litigation matters, including employment disputes, represented an engineering company facing negligent design claims, represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and won numerous jury and bench trials as deputy city attorney for the city of Grand Prairie, Texas.
Jared received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Among his experiences there, he participated in the Community Enterprise Clinic and served as a staff writer for the Duke Law and Technology Review. Prior to law school, Jared received his A.B. in government from Harvard University.
