Jarrod represents clients in complex commercial and class action litigation in numerous state and federal courts across the country as well as numerous mediations and arbitrations. He has significant experience counseling clients in the financial services industry, particularly lines of businesses like wealth management, corporate and personal trust, banking, credit card and life insurance. He also represents financial services companies and other clients in consumer class and individual actions asserting privacy, credit reporting, debt collection and unfair business practices claims, as well as Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) cases.

Jarrod also maintains a broad complex commercial litigation practice representing a wide range of industries. Through this practice, Jarrod has handled complex business disputes, including both the defense and prosecution of high-stakes restrictive covenant matters relating to the theft of trade secrets and proprietary information, breach of fiduciary duty claims, unfair trade practices, RICO claims and class action litigation. He also routinely advises clients with respect to e-discovery issues.
