Jason Cross is an experienced litigator whose practice has covered a broad spectrum of complex commercial issues. He has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts and in all stages of the litigation and mediation process. In addition, Jason has significant experience representing clients in domestic and international arbitrations under the body of rules of some of the leading arbitral institutions, including the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

In recent years, Jason has played significant roles in matters involving breach of contract, specific performance of contract, fraud and fraudulent inducement, temporary and permanent injunctive relief, product liability, securities fraud, deceptive trade practices, and misappropriation and theft of trade secrets.
