Jason is a member of the Lending practice group where he focuses various financial transactions, including asset-based lending, project financing, leveraged buyouts, cash flow financing, and mezzanine and subordinated loans on a syndicated, club and single-lender basis, for bank holding companies, financial institutions and corporate borrowers.

Jason’s experience also includes private note placements, acquisition financings, real estate financings, ESOP refinance transactions, DIP financings, exit financings, cross-border financings and multicurrency facilities. He manages due diligence in connection with numerous public company acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

His finance background includes representing clients in the media, energy services, health care, communications and entertainment, healthcare, transportation and logistics services industries.

Jason’s cross-border experience includes lending transactions in Canada, India, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy, Iceland, Cayman Islands, Mexico, Brazil, South Korea and Japan.
