Jason H. Baruch is a partner in the Tampa office of Holland & Knight. Mr. Baruch focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, appellate, bankruptcy, intellectual property, maritime and admiralty litigation. He represents large institutional clients in a wide range of complex litigation at the federal and state level.

Mr. Baruch has experience advising clients on business disputes, shareholder and noncompete agreements, intellectual property misappropriation, contract disputes, commercial maritime matters and securities cases. In the appellate area, he has handled complex appeals at the state and federal level, including the 7th, 3rd, 2nd and 11th Circuits. Mr. Baruch’s appellate matters include a number of published opinions in the area of complex business litigation.
