Jason H. Watson

Jason Watson represents secured lenders and special servicers in large scale bankruptcy matters, including pre-bankruptcy workouts, Chapter 11 cases and litigation. He also regularly advises a range of clients – including food franchisors, real estate industry entities, and manufacturing and telecommunications companies – in bankruptcy acquisitions. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of bankruptcy topics.

Jason is licensed to practice in Georgia and New York. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute and is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. Jason is listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and in The Best Lawyers in America.
