Jason Bussey is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. He has represented clients in a variety of high-profile litigation matters, including patent infringement cases, antitrust disputes and complex commercial litigation.

Jason began in Simpson Thacher’s Palo Alto office in 2003 and was elected to the partnership in 2013. He received his bachelor’s degree with high departmental honors from the University of California at Berkeley in 2000 and his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2003. Jason is admitted to practice in California, before the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit.
