Jason R. Edgecombe is an attorney in Baker Donelson's Atlanta office and a member of the Business Litigation and White Collar Crime Groups. His clients include organizations undergoing internal investigations as well as individuals, corporations and other entities facing regulatory enforcement actions and regulatory compliance issues. In addition, Jason advises corporate boards and executives in a variety of industries on issues such as compliance and fiduciary duties. He has a wide range of experience in civil litigation and is well-versed in handling complex matters where government enforcement intersects with civil lawsuits, including gathering and producing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) in response to government subpoenas and civil discovery requests.
