My litigation practice covers a broad range of substantive areas, including contract and business litigation, intellectual property, insurance and construction litigation.

My intellectual property experience includes copyright infringement litigation, litigation involving covenants not to compete and trade secrets, matters dealing with right-of-publicity issues and copyright and trademark counseling. I am a past Chair of the Mississippi Bar Intellectual Property, Entertainment & Sports Law Section.

I have experience with life, health and disability insurance litigation and property insurance litigation. I have also handled third-party (liability) coverage disputes. I also have experience with construction litigation and have represented owners, contractors and subcontractors in a variety of disputes.

Other experience includes corporate litigation, franchise litigation, litigation involving banks and lenders, representing insurance agents and other professionals in litigation, employment and ERISA litigation. I am admitted in Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee.
