Jay Barron is a member of the firm’s Entertainment, Media & Communications Group. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters in federal and state court, including contract disputes, class actions, false advertising and unfair competition cases, intellectual property and trade secret litigation, corporate governance disputes, insurance cases, and general business and commercial disputes. He is experienced in federal and state litigation at all stages, including discovery, dispositive motion practice, mediation, trial and appeal.

Jay is a member of Bingham’s Southern California Regional Hiring Committee and has also served on the firm’s Committee on Associates.
