Jed I. Bergman's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on complex financial transactions and procedurally challenging disputes. He has successfully represented corporations and other entities, as well as individuals, in numerous complex commercial disputes, in state and federal courts, involving the financial, real estate, telecommunications, entertainment, gaming, chemical, insurance, electronics, natural resources, retail, apparel, publishing, and consumer products industries, among others. Jed is recognized as a "Future Star" in the 2015 edition of Benchmark Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Jed practiced in the litigation department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz from 1998-2006, and served as a law clerk to the Hon. Amalya A. Kearse of the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals (1997-98).
