Jeffrey Dunn represents clients in resolving litigation, with an emphasis on complex technical issues related to patents, product liability and toxic torts. During his 35 years of practice, Mr. Dunn has served as lead litigation counsel in more than 100 cases, typically involving complex technical issues in the intellectual property arena. He has litigated cases involving vaccines, immunoassay test systems, ANDA drug patents, satellite communication components and launch systems, Unmanned Aviation Vehicles, copyright infringement of mainframe diagnostic tools, DRAM/EEPROM design, microwave filters and multiplexers. Mr. Dunn has additional litigation experience in the areas of toxic torts, epidemiology, immunology, rubber technology, and structural and mechanical engineering.
Mr. Dunn is a seasoned first chair trial attorney with more than three decades of experience in complex litigation involving intellectual property and other technical disputes. Mr. Dunn's litigation is handled efficiently and with a dedication to meeting the specific needs of the client.

On behalf of a major pharmaceutical company successfully established patent infringement by a generic drug company in multi-month patent trial involving a multi-billion dollar antibiotic. 2004 WL 2973831 (N.D.W.Va.)
On behalf of a major wireless carrier, currently defending against allegations of infringement of patents relating to methods of international call blocking.
On behalf of a major wireless carrier, successfully defended against alleged infringement of patents relating to assisted GPS and location based services.
On behalf of a mainframe computer manufacturer obtained injunctive relief and damages for intentional copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and tortious interference with business relationships.
On behalf of small bio-tech company successfully established patent infringement of a major pharmaceutical company and negotiated monetary damages for past infringement and future royalties on U.S. and Japanese sales.
On behalf of a foreign manufacturer of satellite components defended an ITC investigation alleging infringement of patents relating to microwave filters used in telecommunications satellites.
