Jeffrey Rosenfeld is a commercial litigator focusing on complex business disputes, entertainment, telecommunications and information technology, environmental/toxic tort, financial services, franchise and distribution, professional liability, insurance coverage, labor and employment, product liability, real estate and intellectual property (trademark, copyright, trade dress, and trade secret infringement), as well as unfair competition and related business torts.

Jeffrey has been involved extensively in major multi-party complex litigation and has negotiated settlements of numerous matters without litigation. He regularly counsels clients on issues relating to records retention, litigation holds, and the preservation and use of electronic information.

Jeffrey’s practice concentrates in large part on professional liability matters, including errors and omissions claims against attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers and real estate brokers.
