Jeff Rossman is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group.

Jeff focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including corporate litigation, e-commerce, tax litigation, class actions, and securities. He regularly represents clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other self-regulatory organizations. He also advises clients in connection with internal corporate investigations and shareholder and derivative litigation.

He has extensive trial and appellate experience and has tried cases in federal and state courts across the country. In addition, to his trial experience, Jeff has successfully mediated and arbitrated cases on behalf of his clients.
