Jeffrey Benner focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, including securities, white collar, bankruptcy, employment and shareholder litigation.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Benner was an associate at an international law firm. He also worked as an assistant vice president and analyst in the corporate finance group of a major credit ratings agency, where he gained valuable experience in assessment of credit risks related to the corporate governance of debt issuers.
