Jeff Ekbom is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Bank and Finance Practice Group in Arizona. Jeff represents several Arizona and national banks and financial institutions in all types of transactions including commercial real estate loans, asset-based lending, factoring, corporate finance, aircraft finance and syndicated real estate and business loans. Jeff also represents real estate owners and secured lenders in the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial properties. He has extensive experience in enforcing loan and lease obligations. Jeff is also a business generalist with significant experience representing entrepreneurs in the areas of corporate, partnership and limited liability company formation and governance, business mergers and acquisitions and general business transactions.
