Mr. Ross represents major employers in complex workplace litigation concerning employment discrimination, wage/hour issues, labor/management relations, executive employment contracts and employee benefits. Cases include class actions, collective actions, trials and appeals. Mr. Ross also represents parties in fair housing discrimination cases.

Mr. Ross is the Co-Chair of Seyfarth’s Hiring, Testing and Selection Best Practices Team, and has extensive experience with the EEOC Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures. Mr. Ross also is the Co-Chair of Seyfarth’s Reduction-in-Force Best Practices Team and has extensive experience with employment restructuring.
