Jeffrey L. Dunetz is the senior banking partner at Dentons in the Untied States. He represents financial institutions and corporations in leveraged, crossover and investment grade financings; mezzanine investments; first/second lien financings; structured cross-border trade financings; and other financing transactions. He has extensive experience in cash flow, asset-based and structured debt and equity investments, as well as intercreditor matters, with a significant number of his transactions involving both senior and subordinated capital. He has closed financings for many of the largest food and agribusiness companies in the United States and the around the world. Jeffrey also has substantial cross-border experience, having closed financings and other transactions in multiple countries in Europe, Asia and around the world.

Jeffrey also has extensive food and agribusiness finance experience, including input supply matters for growers and ranchers, value-added processing and manufacturing, and commercial and retail distribution.

The total transaction value of deals closed by Jeffrey is approximately US$85 billion.
