Jeffrey R. Anderson is a nationally known public advocate for victims of childhood sexual abuse. Through the civil justice system, he seeks redress for those who were abused by the ministry of the church and other trusted professionals. Mr. Anderson has represented thousands of clients and has tried more than 250 jury trials to verdict. He is board certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a legal specialist in civil litigation. He is also board certified by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. His firm, Jeff Anderson & Associates, P.A., is located in St. Paul, Minnesota, and represents clients nationwide.

He is credited with playing an instrumental role in exposing the large-scale attempt to conceal the pedophilic acts of priests during the early 1980s. He was one of the first trial attorneys in the United States to publicly and aggressively file lawsuits against child sexual abusers and the organizations that protect them. Mr. Anderson’s efforts have led to justice for thousands of childhood sexual abuse victims.

Because of his efforts, Mr. Anderson has been recognized for his professional excellence. In 2009, he received the Frank Carrington Champion of Civil Justice Award and the illustrious Steven J. Sharp Public Service Award by the American Association for Justice. Mr. Anderson is also a recipient of the Warren E.
