Jenna M. Pellecchia practices law in the area of intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent infringement litigation.

Ms. Pellecchia has experience in all phases of patent infringement litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, motions practice, claim construction, trial and appeal. Ms. Pellecchia also has experience in Inter Partes review proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and assisting in patent prosecution.

Ms. Pellecchia earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She received dual degrees in mathematics and physics from Duke University, where she was the team leader of the 2007 Physics Capstone Team.
