Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wynne practiced for five years in the area of commercial litigation, specializing in construction and surety bond litigation. Having litigated numerous complicated cases to conclusion, including successfully arguing before the Missouri Supreme Court and reversing the Court of Appeals, Ms. Wynne brings the perspective of having litigated the provisions she is negotiating, which provides her real estate clients with the foresight necessary to minimize the risks of litigation down the road.
