Jennifer A. Bielfield is Senior Counsel in the Banking and Finance Practice Group of Clark Hill’s Detroit and Birmingham offices.

Jennifer represents national, regional and community banks and financial institutions in bilateral facilities, as participants in club and large syndications and as administrative agent for a group of lenders in a banking syndication. Jennifer has nearly two decades of experience in negotiating and drafting credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, mortgages, subordination agreements and intercreditor agreements. Her areas of specialization include aircraft financing, vessel financing, export financing guaranteed by The Export-Import Bank of the United States, international lending law (including structuring loans with companies located in Korea, Mexico, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and other parts of Eastern Europe), construction loans and real estate loans.
