Jennifer A. Bunting Graden

Jennifer Bunting-Graden's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, and she has represented clients in product liability, consumer credit, securities, franchise, and other general commercial matters. She has experience with every phase of litigation, from discovery to motions practice to trial and appeal. Jennifer also has managed multiple arbitrations of commercial disputes on behalf of both claimants and respondents, and her experience includes defending the validity of arbitration clauses, conducting arbitration proceedings, and enforcing arbitral awards.

Jennifer has an active pro bono practice, and she recently secured a grant of asylum for a client fleeing persecution based on his sexual orientation. She has participated in Jones Day's Special Education Advocacy program, and she received Immigration Equality's 2012 Safe Haven Award for excellence in pro bono representation.

Jennifer is a barrister in the Lamar Inn of Court and serves on the Leadership Council of the Posse Foundation (Atlanta), the junior board of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, and the board of Timap USA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the efforts of Timap for Justice, a pro bono legal services organization in Sierra Leone. She is also a member of the Atlanta Office's United Way fundraising committee and organized the campaign's annual silent auction in 2012.
