Jennifer B. Moore is a litigator with wide-ranging experience in creditors’ rights litigation, complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation and franchise/distribution litigation. On the creditors’ rights side, Jennifer has a great deal of experience in a variety of creditors’ rights disputes, including foreclosures, confirmations, receiverships, letter of credit disputes, fraudulent transfer claims and note/guaranty disputes.

On the intellectual property front, Jennifer mainly focuses her practice on the resolution of trademark, trade secret and false advertising claims. As a complement to her intellectual property work, Jennifer also has franchise/distribution experience and has worked on numerous litigation matters around the country representing franchisors and manufacturers in complex disputes with franchisees and distributors.

Jennifer has broad experience handling a variety of large, complex cases involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties and unfair and deceptive trade practices for both domestic and international clients who have been sued in U.S. courts.
