Jennifer Plotkin focuses on the defense of complex medical malpractice cases on behalf of hospitals and physicians. She has a broad range of experience in medical malpractice and general liability cases. As a former assistant corporation counsel, Jennifer handled general liability trials on behalf of the City of New York. She also has experience in the negotiation of sound recording agreements with musicians for a major record label.
