Jennifer D. Daglio

With significant experience in commercial real estate and finance, Jendy currently focuses on energy regulation and compliance.

She has handled a variety of matters dealing with commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions and associated due diligence, real estate finance, ground leasing, and leasing for commercial, retail and industrial space. In addition, Jendy has advised lenders and borrowers on lines of credit, revolving loans, term loans, construction loans and letters of credit. She has also handled such diverse matters as mortgage securitization and due diligence analyses in connection with asset acquisitions and IPOs for various REITs.

Before joining McGuireWoods, Jendy was an associate for regional and national law firms, where she handled matters related to structured finance and securitization, as well as real estate, development and finance. She also served as a contract attorney in a national bank’s corporate real estate department.
