Jennifer Gallo concentrates on representing both established and emerging growth companies.

Her practice encompasses new company formation, venture capital and public market financings, mergers and acquisitions and SEC reporting and disclosure, corporate governance and general corporate and business counseling for private and public companies.

Jennifer spent two years in DLA Piper's Hong Kong and Beijing offices, where she assisted in advising institutional and corporate investors in structuring cross-border venture capital and private equity investments, as well as advising issuers on fund formation, financings and restructurings. She has experience acting as US counsel in overseas stock exchange listings and other capital markets transactions by Chinese issuers.
