Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in a variety of family law and employment law matters to her work with Michael Best.

Known to be a hardworking, fair, and results-driven advocate for her clients, she provides guidance in navigating the many complexities of divorce, including property division, alimony, and custody issues. Her skills include representing clients for temporary orders, mediation, drafting settlement agreements, drafting pre-marital agreements, and litigation, including evidentiary hearings and trials.

Jennifer represents clients in employment law matters including: drafting, negotiating, and defending employment agreements; advising clients with respect to a variety of questions such as hirings, terminations, Title VII, ADA , ADEA, non-competes, and other issues; drafting and revision of policies, procedures, and handbooks; and defending clients through the rigors of employment litigation, including summary judgment and trial. She previously practiced employment law in both the private and governmental spheres.

In addition to her family law and employment law practices, Jennifer also defends accounting firms, including representation before the PCAOB.
