Jennifer L. Kifer is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, maritime law, media law, and trusts and estates litigation. Ms. Kifer has extensive experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, financial lending, commercial foreclosures and business tort claims.
From 2012-2013, Ms. Kifer served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. During law school, Ms. Kifer was a legal intern to Justice Barbara J. Pariente at the Florida Supreme Court. She was also the senior articles editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review, a prosecutor on the Honor Court and a teaching assistant for property law. Ms. Kifer graduated summa cum laude and first in her law school class of 439. She earned book awards in 13 classes including contracts, torts, constitutional law, trusts and estates, elder law, professional sports law and pretrial litigation drafting.
Ms. Kifer also teaches at several institutions including the University of Phoenix, Florida State College at Jacksonville and the University of North Florida.
