Jennifer’s practice includes transactional and regulatory compliance as well as litigation. On the transactional side, she advises purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants of properties with hazardous substance and petroleum contamination, assisting them in conducting due diligence, negotiating cleanup responsibility, and in allocating environmental risk both by contract and through environmental insurance.
