Jennifer Selendy is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who has represented clients in a wide range of complex, high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters, and has tried over a dozen cases. Her practice areas include antitrust, intellectual property, toxic tort, securities, defamation, international arbitration, employment, RICO, and bankruptcy litigation.
Jennifer successfully represented four of the largest semiconductor manufacturers in the world in a cross-border insolvency dispute, securing a landmark judgment, affirmed by the Fourth Circuit, that guaranteed licensing rights valued at over $4 billion. Jennifer also represented Discover Financial Services against Visa and MasterCard in a complex antitrust dispute that resulted in a $2.75 billion settlement in favor of Discover on the eve of trial. She has also argued numerous appeals in the Second Circuit and the New York appellate division. She has been named a New York Superlawyer.
Jennifer received her law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School after completing an M.Phil. in International Relations at St. Antony’s College, Oxford University where she was a Marshall Scholar. She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Tufts University.
