Jenny Liu is a partner in the firm's Corporate & Securities practice and a member of the firm’s China Practice. She splits her time between San Francisco and Beijing offices. She represents private and public companies, investment banks and other financial institutions, private equity firms and venture funds on a variety of commercial and corporate transactions, including equity financing transactions, loan and credit agreements (secured and unsecured), cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and the formation and structuring of foreign direct investments in China.

Ms. Liu has also represented lenders, airlines, leasing companies and other participants in connection with aircraft acquisition financing, including asset-based loans and other forms of financing, and has experience in the securitization of portfolio of assets and leases and other structured financing transactions. She has worked with companies in an array of industries including Internet and telecom services, software, infrastructure, aviation, energy, semiconductors, education, medical devices and consumer services.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Ms. Liu practiced law with other leading firms in San Francisco and Beijing.
