Jeremy Cole represents clients from various industries in complex litigation around the U.S. He has tried multiple cases to a jury and has litigated a variety of disputes including consumer protection claims, product liability claims, state attorney general actions, class actions, False Claims Act claims, and contract disputes, among others.

Jeremy represents pharmaceutical companies in state attorney general lawsuits dealing with price reporting and pharmacy reimbursement under state Medicaid programs. He also counsels clients on government investigations and complex commercial agreements. In addition, Jeremy has represented financial institutions and spoken extensively on consumer finance issues and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Jeremy also has international litigation experience, having appeared before a French tribunal and obtained discovery abroad through the Hague Evidence Convention.

Jeremy is active in the Chicago community. He serves as president of the board of directors of Working in the Schools (WITS), a nonprofit organization that promotes literacy to young children in Chicago's public schools.
