Jeremy W. Dickens focuses his practice on private equity and direct investment matters.

Jeremy has advised boards of directors and leading private equity firms and large family offices on a variety of complex matters including corporate governance, M&A, corporate restructurings, securities offerings, shareholder litigation, and governmental and internal investigations.

Jeremy previously served as co-head of the global private equity practice at a leading international law firm. Prior to that, he spent nearly six years as a corporate executive, entrepreneur and board member, and before that served as co-head of the global capital markets practice of another leading international law firm.
