Jerrod D. Bevan

Jerrod D. Bevan is an associate in the firm’s Helena office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and securities offerings. In addition, Jerrod has assisted numerous clients with liquor and gaming license applications and transfers. Jerrod graduated from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2016.

Prior to joining Crowley Fleck, Jerrod served in the United States Navy aboard the nuclear submarine USS Springfield. He continues his commitment to service by volunteering his legal services to low income Montanans through the Montana Legal Services Association.
