Jess Dance is a partner in the Firm's global supply network and commercial litigation groups. His practice focuses on franchise, products liability, consumer protection and complex commercial litigation matters. He frequently litigates cases in state and federal court related to contractual disputes, trade secrets, Lanham Act claims, trademark and trade dress infringement, and covenants not to compete. He also represents brands and distributors, manufacturers and suppliers in connection with various distribution, as well as supply network transactions, contract negotiations and pre-litigation dispute resolution. Jess is also involved in a variety of pro bono matters.

In addition to prior law firm experience, Jess previously served as an assistant attorney general with the Colorado Attorney General's Office where he gained substantial litigation experience representing state agencies in a variety of constitutional cases in state and federal court.
