Jessica Casey's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and product liability defense in federal and state courts. She has defended and counseled domestic and international clients in connection with a variety of commercial contract disputes, securities litigation, and Fair Credit Reporting Act claims. She was previously involved in Jones Day's defense of the "Engle progeny" smoking and health suits brought against R.J. Reynolds in Florida. Jessica is experienced with all aspects of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on managing pretrial discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.

Jessica maintains an active pro bono practice working with veterans to secure special compensation for combat-related injuries. She also serves on the board of directors for Vox Teen Communications, a nonprofit youth-development organization.
