Jessica is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Financial Services. She represents real estate developers, financial institutions, equity investors, and publicly and privately held corporations in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of real estate. In addition, Jessica represents institutional lenders on a variety of financing transactions, including mortgage loans, construction loans, asset-based loans and revolving credit facilities.
