Jessica Stebbins Bina is a partner in the Litigation & Trial Department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with substantial experience in the entertainment and media industry.

Ms. Stebbins Bina has represented clients at all levels of state and federal courts. She has tried complex cases to successful jury verdicts, and has extensive motion and discovery experience. She has also litigated numerous cases through successful appeals, and argued before both the state and federal appellate courts. Her extensive litigation experience has also enabled her to assist clients in obtaining early, favorable settlements through strategic approaches.

Ms. Stebbins Bina’s wide-ranging media litigation experience includes working with clients in the film, television, music, sports, radio and internet industries. In addition to this broad spectrum of media clients, she has also worked with clients in the aerospace, energy, manufacturing, and hospitality and commercial development sectors. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Stebbins Bina consults with members of the Entertainment, Sports and Media practice on transactional matters, with a view to limiting clients’ potential litigation or exposure.
