Jessica Thorn is a counsel in O'Melveny's Washington, DC office and a member of the Financial Services and International practices. Her practice primarily focuses on ERISA litigation and counseling foreign and domestic clients in securing the approval of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for foreign investments in U.S. critical infrastructure. She also has significant experience with the White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations as well as Political Law practices.
