Ms. Van Noord represents clients in environmental litigation and regulatory compliance matters. Ms. Van Noord's experience working for various stakeholders in the natural resources arena, including industry, public interest advocacy groups, and the government, allow her to bring valuable perspectives to counseling clients.
She has experience representing clients in state and federal court litigation involving claims under key federal and state environmental programs, including CERCLA, NEPA, and the Clean Air Act. She advises clients in mining and oil and gas industries on issues routinely affecting their business including contaminated property remediation, compliance audits, reporting, and enforcement actions.
